Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the daily work management of the Quality Department, provide guidance and follow up on its work situation, and be accountable for its work results.

2. Be responsible for formulating product inspection standards based on customer requirements, specification sheets, drawings, industry requirements of the products and other information.

3. Formulation of the company's quality standards, as well as training and assessment of quality standards;

4. Be responsible for the quality control of the company's production, as well as the standardized customization of production processes and techniques.

5. Analysis, handling, and follow-up of production anomalies and incoming material anomalies, as well as the implementation of corrective and preventive measures and the follow-up of results;

6. Take the lead in handling quality accidents, supervise and follow up on the handling process, and report the results.

7. Inspect and monitor the production process, classify, collect and process, transmit and apply, statistically analyze the quality information of the production process, and conduct control and management.

8. Be responsible for quality planning, conduct monthly data summary, and supervise the implementation of various related corrective and preventive measures.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, majoring in electronic information or related fields;

2. Be able to read circuit schematic diagrams and understand the principles of electronic products. Those with a background in design and development, debugging and maintenance are preferred.

3. Be familiar with the safety regulations, EMC and PCB LAYOUT specifications and standards of power supply products;

4. Be familiar with quality standards and systems, and have specific implementation experience;

5. Familiar with production process engineering (including process flow, raw materials, equipment, and quality control), and possess strong process quality control capabilities;

6. Be familiar with various quality management tools, as well as ISO9000, IATF16949 and the latest versions of quality management systems and product acceptance criteria;

1、负责品质部的日常工作管理，对其工作情况进行指导和跟进，对其工作结果负责；

2、负责根据客户要求、规格书、图纸、产品行业要求等信息制定产品的检验标准。

3、公司品质标准的制定，以及品质标准的培训和判定；

4、负责公司生产质量把控、生产流程、工艺的规范化定制；

5、生产异常和来料异常的分析、处理、跟进，以及纠正预防措施的实施和对结果的跟进；

6、主导品质事故的处理，对处理过程进行监督和跟进，对结果进行通报；

7、对生产过程进行检查和监控，对生产过程的质量信息进行分类、收集和处理、传递和应用、统计和分析生产过程，进行控制和管理；

8、负责品质策划，每月进行数据汇总、各种相关纠正与预防措施执行情况的监督；

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，电子信息等相关专业；

2、能看懂电路原理图，了解电子产品原理；有设计开发、调试及维修背景优先；

3、熟悉电源类产品安规、EMC及PCB LAYOUT规范和标准；

4、熟悉质量标准和体系，有具体实施经验；

5、熟悉生产工艺工程（包括工艺流程，原材料，设备，质量控制），具有很强的过程质量控制能力；

6、熟悉各种质量管理工具及ISO9000和IATF16949及最新版本的质量管理体系和产品接受准则；
