Job Responsibilities:

Interns are required to have a bachelor's degree in science and engineering or be in the year before graduation. Sign a one-year internship contract. A 2- to 3-month internship in various departments and fields during this year.

Under the guidance of a master, learn various skills such as the use of software and hardware, testing instruments, production equipment, international product safety regulations, ISO9000 and other system certifications, international business law, procurement and business negotiation skills, production plan tracking, online promotion and exhibition participation, etc. Of course, the cultivation and training in social and world values are also indispensable.

During the training period, assessments will be conducted every 2 to 3 months. Those who pass will be awarded an internship certificate based on their TPS assessment results and will be given priority for formal recruitment and employment. Those who fail to meet the requirements will be persuaded to leave. Those with significant capabilities can be formally hired in advance and independently assume a certain position or management work.

岗位职责：

由师傅带领，学习各种软硬件使用，测试仪器，生产设备使用，国际产品安规，ISO9000等体系认证，国际商务法，采购及业务谈判技巧，生产计划跟踪，网络推广及参展等各种技能。当然社会及世界价值观方面熏陶锻炼也不可缺乏。

培训期间每2-3月考核，合格者给予TPS考核成绩实习证书，正式优先招聘录用。不合格者劝退。具备重大能力者，可提前正式录用，独立担当某岗位或管理工作。
